  1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    You can absolutely place your order as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account to enjoy a smoother experience with easy order tracking and quicker checkouts in the future.
  2. Can I place a bulk or custom group order?
    Yes, bulk and group orders are welcome! Feel free to reach out to us with your requirements.
  3. Can I modify an existing order?
    Once an order is placed, modifications are not possible. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
  4. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
    Unfortunately, changes to the shipping address cannot be made after the order is placed. Kindly ensure the correct address is provided at checkout.
  5. How do I know which size to order?
    Please refer to the size chart attached to each product page to find your perfect fit.
  6. What is the estimated delivery time?
    Orders are typically delivered within 10-15 days.
  7. Are there any shipping charges?
    We are happy to share that shipping is completely free on orders above
    INR 1000.
  8. Will I be notified before delivery?
    Yes, you will receive a notification before your order is out for delivery.
  9. How can I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp, which can be used to track your order easily.
  10. What payment options are available?
    We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards and all standard online payment methods.
  11. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
    Yes, we do! Please note that COD orders come with an additional charge to cover collection costs from our delivery partners.
  12. Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
    Absolutely! Promo codes and discounts are available on our website—especially for prepaid orders and during special occasions.
  13. How long does it take to exchange a product?
    Once your exchange request is submitted, pickup usually happens within 2–3 business days. Delivery of the exchanged product typically takes another 7–10 business days.
  14. What if the price of my exchange product is lower?
    The difference will be added to your account as wallet credit, which you can use on future purchases.
  15. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  16. What is your return and exchange policy?
    Currently, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide product exchanges under eligible conditions.
  17. How can I place an exchange request?
    Visit the ‘Exchange’ tab on our website. If your order is eligible, you can request an exchange within the stipulated time frame.
  18. Can I return or exchange a sale/discounted item?
    Sorry, sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
